1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of papertraderesearch.xyz and any related pages (the "Site"), operated by the publisher of Papertrade Dossier ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who can use the Site

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You may use it only where doing so is lawful. Content about crypto assets, leveraged trading and decentralized exchanges may be restricted in your jurisdiction; you are responsible for complying with local laws.

3. What the Site provides

The Site publishes free, informational research about a third-party protocol, including descriptions of its mechanics, on-chain observations, risk assessments and links to public sources. The Site:

• does not offer trading, brokerage, custody, wallets or any financial service;
• does not ask you to connect a wallet, sign transactions or deposit funds;
• does not sell products, subscriptions or paid content, and does not process payments.

Because the Site is free and nothing is sold, there are no fees, orders, cancellations or refunds.

4. No advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to use any protocol. Read the Disclaimer before relying on any content.

5. Your responsibilities

When using the Site you agree not to:

• present the Site or its content as official material of Papertrade, Hyperliquid or any other project;
• copy the Site in a way that suggests it is your own work or removes attribution;
• interfere with the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or access it with automated tools at a rate that burdens the hosting;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout and original analysis on the Site are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the Site. Names, logos and trademarks of third-party projects, exchanges and media belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

7. Third-party links and data

The Site links to and quotes third-party websites, block explorers, APIs and news articles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy. Following a link is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.

8. Translations

The Site is offered in several languages. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
